Cookie policy

Version of 15 September 2026

Which cookies and similar technologies nis2.cyberxscore.ro and nis2.cyberxscore.com use, why, for how long and how to change your choice. In short: nothing from third parties loads until you choose.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser to remember information between pages or visits: a preference, a choice, an identifier. Similar technologies are the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and the identifiers used by measurement services. Their use is regulated by art. 4 of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 and by the GDPR: those strictly necessary for the site to work do not require your consent; the others do.

2. How we use them

On your first visit a banner appears with two equal buttons: “Accept” and “Decline”. Until you choose, no statistics tool loads and no third-party cookie is set. Your choice is kept in a first-party cookie for 6 months, so the banner does not reappear on every page. If you decline, nothing loads; if you accept and change your mind, we delete the statistics cookies on our domain when you decline.

We do not use personalised advertising cookies and we do not combine statistics data with form data.

Durations are those declared by the providers as of this version and may be changed by them. Google and Meta services may also use other technical identifiers described in their policies.

4. How to change your choice

At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page: the banner reappears and you can choose again. Switching from “Accept” to “Decline” deletes the statistics cookies set on our domain.

You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari each have a “Privacy” or “Cookies” section). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean your choice and theme are no longer remembered.

5. Third-party policies

For how Google, Meta and Cloudflare process the data collected through these technologies, see their policies: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/cookies for Google Analytics; facebook.com/privacy/policy and facebook.com/policies/cookies for Meta; cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for Cloudflare. Booking via Calendly happens on Calendly’s website, which uses its own cookies, under its policy.

6. Changes and contact

We update this policy when we change the technologies used. The version in force is the one on this page, with its date; in case of discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails. Questions: [email protected].
